These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and pk63 ("pk63", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk63 online casino, sports betting, and gaming platform available at pk63.app (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pk63 or by using any service, feature, or content on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. These Terms apply to all users of pk63, including visitors who browse the Platform without registering, registered account holders, and any person who places a bet or wager on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk63 or had your account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

pk63 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the pk63 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one pk63 account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your account password and login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify pk63 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pk63 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that an account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk63 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk63 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply as published on the Platform from time to time.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds are not derived from illegal activity.
• You are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). pk63 may request government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. pk63 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors including but not limited to Easypaisa and JazzCash.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk63 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk63 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error is identified.
• pk63 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or cheating.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension without notice during critical match events.
• Winnings are credited to your pk63 account balance in PKR and are available for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk63 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, Coin rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. pk63 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the pk63 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or any financial crime using the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.

Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended. pk63 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk63 Platform — including but not limited to the pk63 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the proprietary property of pk63 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pk63.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. pk63 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data

Your use of the pk63 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Amendments & Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk63 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
